Change in Workshop Plans, July 2002

Due to some health concerns, I will only be teaching the August Sequoia workshop with Sandra Ingerman and the December (Los Angeles area) workshop on "The Art of Teaching Shamanism: Walking in Both Worlds"

The Advanced Bear Medicine retreat in September in Montana will be taught by my associates, Susan Gilliland, Laurie Levon, and Pirkko Miller. Contact information is available at the link to this workshop below.

The workshop in Gull Lake, Michigan will be taught in April, 2003 rather than this November.

I regret the need to cancel these workshops yet must take this time for my own healing.
Blessings and love,
Carol

2002 Calendar
of Workshops and Retreats
with Carol Proudfoot-Edgar

My workshops for 2002 grew from seeds planted during this past year while I was on Sabbatical and not teaching. I wanted a year apart to reflect on how to be of service in my teaching; and these reflections resulted in taking some new directions. I also had more time to study, journey, and explore the enduring practice of BearShamanism–a medicine path found in all shamanic cultures in the Northern Hemisphere.. My seeking provided more visions and knowledge of medicine ways that Circles will explore in the BearShamanism retreats. If you wish more information about my teaching and my reflections on shamanic topics, go to Reflections Along the Way. I will be using this page as a place for sharing my current thoughts on various shamanic issues.

All the workshops listed below, except for the one, have links to complete descriptions, including details about the subject matter, fees, and how to register. For the Ancestral Shamanism workshop, simply email the coordinator to get a registration form.

For most of these workshops, you can register online by filling out the form at the web site and mailing it, along with your deposit or payment, to the appropriate coordinator. For some workshops, payment by credit card is now available. I advise checking with the coordinator of those workshops before paying by credit card to ensure you have the background appropriate for this advanced shamanic work.

If you do not have access to the internet, you can get information on these workshops by contacting the coordinator for that specific retreat. Likewise, all questions regarding these retreats should be sent to the coordinator.

Since these workshops have limited enrollment, I recommend early registration if you wish to ensure your participation.

Other workshops that may develop during the year will be posted at our website. You might want to check the site periodically because other materials also continue to be posted there and these may be of interest to you.

May we all have a year that prospers our path and results in walking the blessing way on this Earth, Carol
